PATENTED compact multiwire saw for blocks of small sizes and/or irregular up to 10 tons weight. Characterized by a drum on the motor side and 10 tensioning flywheels, each independent from the other, and tensioned by the patented Multipull system to better manage the cutting conditions and optimize the life of the wires. The drum and the flywheels have a 1,5 mt diameter. A guide drum can be placed, as an accessory on request, on the tensioning side to guarantee further cutting precision. The slabs thicknesses can be easily adjusted thanks to the ‘E.A.S.T.’ system by moving manually the flywheels along the shaft and by inserting the open spacers, without the need to take out the flywheels. Possibility to realize 10 slabs up to 10 cm thickness in the same drop or other mixed thicknesses.

PLURI-PATENTED multiwire saw characterized by an external arch that constitutes the cutting unit sliding vertically on the two columns. This group consists of a drum on the motor side and up to 45 tensioning flywheels complete with multi-groove bands, each independent from the other, and tensioned in order to better manage the cutting conditions and optimize the life of the wires. This system is completed by a return group and a multi-groove guide group in order to guarantee further cutting precision. The slabs thicknesses can be easily adjusted without moving the flywheels.
